Our Key Achievements of 2024
- 270 vulnerable teen mothers are supported in livelihoods with 90 goats and health insurance ,are trained on ASRHR ,family planning ,Tailoring skills and nutrition ,were also supported to form saving groups and start income generating activities.
- 3000 children are supported to establish child protection clubs to advocate their issues and trained on child protection ,GBV ,gender equality and voluntary saving for children.
- 360 parents and caregivers are trained on positive parenting ,child rights ,equality for girls and supported in voluntary saving and income generating activities for small projects.
- 45 teachers are trained on child protection ,safeguarding and advocacy on vulnerable students .
- 12 sessions of Integration of community score card Approach on Child Rights,protection and GBV with purpose of advocacy on the main issues affecting children are conducted .
- Prevention of school dropout and street children by providing startup of savings ,goats,hens and rabbits ,constructing kitchen garden for 19 vulnerable families.
- 15 sport competions are organized and sport materials provided to facilitate community awareness on child rights promotion ,school dropout and violence against children prevention .
- Providing 9 ECDs the learning/playing materials and integrating nutrition for children .
